About the Gender Knowledge Hub

A shared knowledge layer for the private sector, serving enterprises improving gender-inclusive hiring and the industry associations that convene them.

Why it exists

Closing the intent-to-practice gap

Women remain severely under-represented in India's formal workforce. Where employers intend to change how they hire, the evidence, model policies and implementation support they need sit scattered across knowledge partners, industry associations and government sources — with no single credible place to assemble them. The Gender Knowledge Hub is that place, built by IPE Global to move employers from commitment to changed practice.

How it works

A connected workflow, not a document library

The pledge portal brings companies in. The gender module builds internal capability. The repository supplies the material to act on. Spotlight reinforces progress through peer visibility. The directory connects companies to external expertise. The repository is open to everyone, pledged or not — so the Hub is useful to a company that is not yet ready to commit.
