An IPE Global initiative
Practical tools for hiring and keeping more women
The Gender Knowledge Hub brings together evidence, model policies, sector benchmarks and vetted expertise for employers building a gender-inclusive workforce. Free to use and adapt, with attribution — open to everyone, no sign-up needed.
ABOUT
A shared knowledge layer for the private sector
The Gender Knowledge Hub brings together the evidence, model policies and expertise that employers need to hire and keep more women. It serves two audiences: enterprises working to improve gender-inclusive hiring, and the industry associations that convene them.
It is not a document library. Each part of the Hub does a distinct job in a company's move from commitment to operational change — and the repository is open to everyone, whether or not a company has pledged.
Aligned to the Global Goals
Five Sustainable Development Goals the Hub moves forward
The Hub’s resources, pledges and recognition cycles are designed to move these five goals forward — each mapped to a specific UN target.

What's inside
Five parts, one connected journey
Each component does a distinct job in a company's move from commitment to operational change. They are designed to work together, not as separate sections.
