She Works invites diversity, equity and inclusion consultants to be listed in the DEI consultations directory on the She Works Hub. This page explains what the Hub is, why a listing is worth having, who is eligible, and what you need to send us.
Many companies reach a point where they want to act on gender-inclusive hiring but do not have the in-house expertise to design or run the work. The directory connects them with organisations that can. It is a curated, vetted listing of firms and organisations across India providing advisory or implementation services on gender and diversity in the workplace.
The Hub does not itself provide consulting. It maintains the listing and gives companies enough information to make informed outreach. A listing places you in front of enterprises already engaged with the Hub and actively working on their gender agenda.
Enterprises using the Hub have already signalled that they want to improve gender-inclusive hiring, many through public pledges. A listing reaches an audience looking for what you offer, rather than one you have to persuade from scratch.
Inclusion is vetted against clear criteria, so a listing carries the weight of the Hub's screening. For companies the directory is a shortlist they can trust; for you it is independent validation from a programme backed by established knowledge partners.
The Hub is amplified through microsites on partner industry association and state government websites, on LinkedIn and X, and at in-person industry events across She Works focus states. Your listing travels with it.
The directory is a public-good resource and there is no fee for inclusion. Listings are reconfirmed each year, and you can update your details or withdraw at any time.
An organisation must meet all four of the following. Organisations that do not currently meet them are welcome to apply again once they do.
A legally registered entity in India, operating for at least three years — relaxed to two for organisations led by women or focused on MSME advisory.
Evidenced by at least five client engagements completed in the previous three years.
A registered office, audited financial statements, and identifiable leadership.
No unresolved litigation involving employment discrimination, harassment or fraud against the organisation or its leadership.
There is no fee for inclusion and no commission on any engagement. A listing is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a guarantee of quality, and the She Works Hub is not a party to any agreement you reach with a company that finds you here.
We will ask you once a year to confirm that your details are current and that you still meet the four criteria.
